Please note that products or services that involve any form of customization or manual work are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to products tailored to specific customer needs, custom-built IoT solutions, or any service requiring significant manual intervention.

3. Return Process

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.
